GENERAL BILL by Hodgers ; Fabricio ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gantt ; Valdés

Trustee Settlement and Discharge; Authorizes eligible trustee to obtain settlement of trust accounts & discharged in certain circumstances; requires such trustee send trust disclosure document containing specified information to certain persons; requires such document be sent in specified manner; provides that unless objections are received in specified time period, or if such objections are waived, trustee is discharged from certain liability upon completion of specified tasks.
