Refrigerant Safety and Agricultural Continuity; Authorizes agricultural food processing & cold chain industries to continue to purchase, install, & service equipment using R-410A refrigerant through specified date; requires DACS to maintain certain records & provide annual report to Legislature; provides immunity from liability for certain persons & business entities; authorizes DACS to coordinate with certain entities for specified purpose & adopt rules.
