SB 8-D: Establishing the Congressional Districts of the State

GENERAL BILL by Gaetz

Establishing the Congressional Districts of the State; Redistricting the state’s congressional districts in accordance with the United States Decennial Census of 2020 (plan EOGPCRP2026); providing for applicability of the act, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect upon the expiration of the terms of the representatives to the United States House of Representatives serving on the date that this act becomes a law
