The bill repeals the crime of cohabitation, which makes it a second degree misdemeanor for a man and woman, lewdly and lasciviously to associate and cohabit together, without being married to each other.
If approved by the Governor, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
Vote: Senate 38-0; House 112-5
