Project Description:

To renovate the 2nd and 3rd floors consisting of repairing floors, walls, window treatments and the ceiling; electrical upgrades, extended HVAC capacity, carpeting & furnishings and some external renovation including painting & gutter installation. The Ormond Beach Historical Trust operates a Welcome Center at this site. Completing the renovation will provide space for community groups & programs. It will add to the echotourism of the City, County and State. The site houses the City's administration center and has for over 20 years.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Four rooms will be available for use by civic/community groups and programming purposes.
