Project Description:
Seminole County Mental Health Center Inc. is requesting support to develop an innovative Community Treatment Outreach Program (CTOP) which will provide. A) Diversion from the Criminal Justice System B) prevention of homelessnes C) Improved Access to community based treatment alternatives. D) Improved behavioral healthcare treatment services.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The success of the CTOP program will be evidenced by reduction in the use of psychiatric and state hospital beds, risk of homelessness, days of incarceration, and the use of alchohol and illegal drugs within the target population.
