| Project Description: |
| Implementation of a Citiizens On Patrol Program that will enable Village resides to patrol their neighborhoods on a 24 hour/7 day basis. The residents who volunteer will be given training so that they may assist police and other Village employees by reporting crime and traffic, animal and code violations. Each volunteer will also be given proper identification and equipment. |
