| Project Description: |
| The Brandon Parkway and Redevelopment Initiative involves further implementation of the Brandon Main Street Community Plan that was adopted into Hillsborough County's Comprehensive Plan in 2001. It identifies a vision for enhanced civic identity and redevelopment through traditional neighborhood development concepts and construction of a main street corridor, Pauls Drive. Development of a main street corridor in this location will capitalize on the Brandon Parkway improvements, reinforce the civic qualities important to the community and bring new investment and redevelopment into the area in a controlled method. |
