| Establish a regional center serving Northeast Florida that will provide education and cross training to the community, training to professionals and caregivers of elders and substance abuse and mental health counselors. Additional services will include mental health, substance abuse, other behavioral issues of concern to caregivers of older adult. |

| Establish a regional center serving Northeast Florida which will provide quantitative data reflecting the number of participating members in SAGES', the number of trainings provided to the general community, the number of trainings provided to caregivers of older adults. Additionally, we will document utilization of mental health and substance abuse services by caregivers of older adults. |
