Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
Urban stormwater discharges from developed lands within the Carrabelle Area have never been controlled to limit the discharge of pollutants into Area Surfacewaters. A combination of land uses including junkyards, boatyards, business areas, gas stations and other pollutants generating land uses have contributed to poor water quality in the Carrabelle River and other receiving water bodies. The elimination of a substantial pollutant threat to these waters will significantly enhance the areas environmental conditions. |
