| Project Description: |
| Assistive Care Services includes 24 hour, 7 days a week, onsite support. This is an all inclusive housing model that will service a total of forty-one individuals who are severely and persistently mentally ill. Services will include on-site intensive care management, nutritionally balanced meals, transportation to doctors, life skills program, daily housekeeping and laundry, utilites, furnished rooms, medication supervision. |
