| Project Description: |
| The Soho South Project entails the construction/development of a 14,000 square foot Job Training/Business Incubator site located at 128, 134, 110-112 N. Krome Avenue Homestead in the Homestead/Florida City Empowerment Zone and State Enterprise Zone. This project will provide job training and create jobs and/or self-employment opportunities through an on-site, mini-Convention Center, Call Center and Music Recording studio. All told the project will provide a minimum of 100 jobs and job training opportunities for 300 low, moderate-income persons yearly (Examples: restaurant front/back of the house jobs, banquet service jobs, performance training, jobs for arts/cultural performers and technicians, call center/customer service opportunities, music recording training/jobs).
