Project Description:
Final improvements to the city sewage collection system to prevent infiltration into adjacent ground waters and to reduce inflow of rain water into system thus reducting levels of treatment before discharge to area surface waters. Part of the city system serves Franklin County. The project is in an Area of Critical State Concern and Rural Area of Critical Economic Concern.
