| New windows will save money because of energy efficiency, New Heat A/C units will save money because of the constant repairs and inefficiency of old units, When this elevator is not working there is no handicapped accessibility to the courtroom. Repairing leaks, getting humidifiers and building shelves would give some storage area in the basement, The end result of a new record storage building would be our records preserved. |
