Project Description:
Project provides counseling and crisis intervention to working poor families to prevent them from entering the child welfare/juvenile justice system. This program will create greater access to quality programs for at-risk youth and their families in need of services.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
1) 85% of you will not have any contact with the Juvenile Justice system within one year after discharge; 2) 85% of you will not need placement in a more restrictive environment (i.e. foster care, group care, or residential treatment) within one year after discharge; 3) 90% of the youth and families will be satisfied with the services provided.
