Project Description:
City of Carrabelle requests an appropriations through the FDOC to provide utility services to the new prison. The City will assume existing water and sewer facilities and provide service for the new prison's water and sewer demands and provide reclaimed water for non-potable water reuses

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Project will eliminate the need for an additional sewer system and WWTF for the new Franklin Correctional Institute and will provide the existing Carrabelle system with increased capacity. Domestic waste from the new prison will be treated to AWT standards by the Carrabelle System and provided back to the prison for non-potable needs as public access reuse via land application
