Project Description:
Project will develop needed circulation facility to exchange waters in the lagoon. Project will also design, permit, and construct needed stormwater facilities to improve runoff into lagoon and eventually into Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay. Santa Rosa Island Authority is a special district with water managment authority under chapter 24500-(No. 886) Laws of Florida, Senate Bill No. 891, 1947.
