Project Description:
Increase the existing funds for the 3 statewide poison information centers to provide for increased workload and expense of continuinbg operation of emergency information service. This form is being used to ask for an increase in what the DOH has requested for this project. The answers to questions 10,13 and 13a include the amount asked for by DOH. Question 16 has been answered with an "unknown" because we do not know how funding will be handled in the 2003-2004 budget. The base funding of $3,795,564 has been requested by DOH and should be in the Governor's Budget. As the Department did not ask for an increase, we have responded NO to question 17.
