| Construction of Marine Mammal Research and Teaching Hospital to include service laboratories, surgical theaters, classrooms, distance learning studios and equipment specialized pools with life support systems necessary to provide care and clinical treatment to sick and injured marine mammals. Facility also to include a pathology laboratory for detection and identification of existing and emerging infectious diseases. |
