Project Description:
Design and construction of tertiary filters and high level disinfecxtion facilities to treat secondary effluent from CCUA's 5.0 MGD Miller St. WWTF and town of Orange Park. to meet public access reclaimed water standards.Design and construction of a transfer pumping station and aprox. 8.7 miles of 24" diameter reclaimed water transmission pipeline.
