| Project Description: |
| In 2000, Serenity House implemented this project to provide an intensive array of services to the highest risk substance abusers in Volusia County. This program provides case management, housing, counseling, and advocacy to deter "revolving door" individuals from high cost, publicly-funded hospitalization and incarceration. Outcome data (attached) indicate the significant impact of this program upon employment, arrest, family reunification, and successful community adjustment. |

| 1. 100 individuals with serious substance abuse and/or mental heatlh disorders will be served annually; 2. 80% will successfully complete treatment; 3. 80% of clients will be remain crime free; 4. 70% of clients with children will be successfully reunified with their children upon completing treatment. |
