| To empower strengthen and stabilize South Florida's Haitian community by providing free access to information and existing services to ensure a transition from a struggling immigrant community to a successful and stable community. Referral services provided include social services, education, housing opportunities, economic self-sufficiency, access to health care and legal services. |
