| Groundwater will be protected bt the installation of swales to filter runoff pollutants and pollution control catchbasins will be installed in accordance with the local enivromental regulation agency's requirements. The potential flooding ompact on the area's sanitary sewer willl also be reduced. This is particularly important because there is an elementary school located in the project area. |
