| The CAA Youth Leadership Project proposes to provide a series of leadership workshops, enrichment activities and community service projects to "at-risk" youth between the ages of 11-18 years old. Persons receive structured counseling, attend leadership workshops, are involved in crime prevention/intervention initiatives, receive conflict resolution instruction and are engaged in other constructive activities that support healthy adolescent growth and development |
