| Building 8132 - Replace the roof; Building 8131 -Upgrade electrical, abate asbestos material and Facility Evalutation Survey Identified Repairs; Sitewide- Miscellaneous repairs and code corrections; Building 8101- FAcility Evaluation Survey Identified Repairs; Building 8109- Update electrical and HVAC to code and Facility Evaluation Survey Identified Repairs; Building 8110 - Replace the building with pre-engineered metal building; Building 8111 Replace with pre-engineered metal building; Building 8112 Replace HVAC system/IAQ issues and lab safety concerns; Buildings 8112 and 8132 - Parking, signage, entrance access, and restrooms need to be upgraded to meet ADA requirements. |
