Project Description: |
This project is generally described as the second phase of stormwater drainage improvements to the City of Aventura's Hospital district. This comprises approximately 76 acres and is located west of Biscayne Boulevard between NE 214 Terrace and Ives Dairy Road. This area consists of both single family homes and industrial/commercial/medical components. Specific facilities to be constructed include a 60" drainage collector which with connect to the City's existing stormwater collector system and serve as the primary stormwater drainage collector. The project will also include the installation of storm drainage manholes and maintenance of traffic. The 60" RCP culvert will need to be installed under Biscayne Boulevard, a 6 lane divided state road. Future improvements include secondary drainage facilities including culverts, catch basins, drainage wells, grading and restoration. |
