| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| New Windows will save money because of better energy efficiency, New Heat and A/C units will save money because of the constant repairs and inefficiency of old units. Renovated elevator will prevent future breakdowns and reduce the possibility of causing accessibility problems for handicap citizens. Repairing the leaks, building shelves and purchasing humidifiers will generate more storage area in the basement. Present basement situation has caused the loss of documents due to mildew and moisture. |
