| Project Description: |
| A public-private partnership to improve senior adults' overall quality of life and daily activity functioning through regular nutrition lecturers, individual/group exercises and classes. Following the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for senior adults strengthen training, flexibility and cardiovascular, muscular endurance & conditioning-increased fitness will reduce state Medicaid institutionalization costs, help seniors avoid injuries. |
