| Project Description: |
| The state of Florida financed construction of a 30 bed dormitory completed in 2003. DJJ presently funds 22 of these moderate risk beds (current contract is for 22 beds); Funding for 8 additional beds is needed to bring program to optimum utilization. |

| A) No less than 56.5 precent of all youth will remain crime free one year after release; B) There will be zero escapes from the program; C) The number of youth-on-youth batteries per 1,000 youth served will be equal to or less than the established PB2 measure (.29 for secure programs); D) At least a satisfactory or higher rating on overall program quality will be received on annual DJJ Quality Assurance Reviews. |
