Project Description:
Implementation of pre-development activities needed to enhance the development and job creation opportunites on the 595 acres of Federal surplus property located adjacent to Homestead Air Reserve Base. Activities include demolition of unsafe structures, site survey, mitigation plan and surface water management plan.
