| Project Description: |
| The funding requested will allow for the construction of four additional sound stages within an existing structure for the production of movies, commercials, videos, commercial photography and will also serve as sound recording facilities. These facilities will be an expansion of the production capacity within the existing 156,00 square feet facility where 25,000 square feet of space has already been developed for the purposes described above. 50,000 square feet of vacant space within the existing structure will be renovated to create four additional sound stages and another 50,000 square feet in production offices and support facilities will be developed to establish a total of 75,000 square feet of sound stage and production capacity within the existing facility. Funds expended for facility acquisition was $6.4 million and $1.6 million has been invested in property development to date. |
