Project Description:
A regional project in NE FL specifically targeting substance abusing pregnant and postpartum women and women with dependent children. Treatment that addresses the issues of sexual abuse, alcohol and drug abuse, and ongoing recycling through the judicial system. Provides basic medical care to women and their children; onsite child development center for children while parents are in treatment sessions; respite services so mothers can attend AA and NA meetings at night; parenting classes; transitional housing along with GED prep., job training, skills building interviewing, filling out job applications.

Abstinence from alcohol and drug abuse, regular attendance at AA and NA meetings, employed, actively seeking employment or enrolled in a vocation/educational program. A stable home environment for the children absent of intervention by DCF.
