| This facility has been designated as a special needs facility to service those costal residents who are evacuated because of the threat of a hurricane or other disaster. The facility is specifically designed to assist those with special needs. During an evacuation of 250,000 or more people move inland from the barrier islands on the central east coast and from coastal areas of the central west coast.
