| Project Description: |
| The Bond Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration to provide conprehensive, preventative health care services to the indigent. The Woman's Health Center will deal with the complex issues and barriers to health care facing women which include, but are not limited to, prenatal care, family planning, HIV counseling and testing, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, breast examinations, breast and ovarian cancern screenings, mental health, low birth weight, infant mortality, WIC/diet, parenting skills, health maintenance information and fibroid tumors. |
