This project constructs a roadway from the prposed Matanzas woods overpass over I-95 to the existing Forrest Grove. It also provides a connection for Old Kings Road, a parallel roadway for I-95. This provides connections to the proposed overpass from the Eastern side of the City and the coastal areas of Flagler County. It will be come a majoy escape route for evacuation purposes.

Project Description:
Construction of connection roadway from proposed overpass over 1-95 connecting the eastern and western half of the City of Palm Coast and the coastal areas of Flagler County.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improved functioning of I-95 in Flagler County, Old Kings Road and Forrest Grove Drive in the City of Palm Coast. The Roadway will also provide an emergency evacuation route for Flagler County Citizens and a needed east west connection. The improvements are including City of Palm Coast's Comprehensive Plan for our future roadway network.
