): This project is meant to enhance the park system in the Town of Miami Lakes and provide a safe and fun recreational atmosphere for families throughout the community. Once the walking path is constructed at Royal Oaks Park, the Town will look into providing programs like Cross County, Runners Clubs and Track and Field activities. The Town will also provide a Vita Courses or similar exercise program for the residents of the community.

Project Description:
This project will entail constructing 3,800 square yards of cement and a rubberized safety surface for a perimeter path around Royal Oaks Park

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The most notable outcome will be that children and families will have access to a resource never provided to the community. This program will also help increase the value of the park as constructing the walking path is an enormous capital improvement.
