| Project Description: |
| Provide for land applicationof wastewater discharge of treated sewage into Holmes Creek and will establish an uplan disposal via land application. The project will eliminate sewage discharges to Holmes Creek, the Choctawhatchee River and the Choctawathee Bay. The Project is proposed in cooperation with the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance of Okaloosa-Walton Community College. The project is located in a Rural Area of Critical Economic Concern |
