This building is home to the cooperative extension, home to the youth fair, numerous meetings and conferences are also held here, including the Polk County Farm Bureau annual meeting and two membership meetings of the Polk County Cattleman's Association. |

| This is the 5th and final phase. Phase V Renovations include building a parking lot addition, sidewalks, and an entry canopy, a covered walkway from the Stuart Center to the Ag Building, renovating the concessions kitchen; design fees, handicapped acess in both barns and replace the barn doors. |
