Statewide Interest:
Provide capacity to reduce septic tank usage and septic tank discharge from residential units, approximately 109,000 individuals in local area. Eliminate septic dishcarge into Stevenson Creek, which has tested positive for high fecal bacteria, and reduce pollutant loadings to a surface water body. Stevenson Creek flows into the intercoastal and Gulf of Mexico.

Installation of 18 inch sanitary sewer pipe to prevent sewer overflow and reduce wastewater intoduction. Extend and relocate discharge force main to prevent downstream sewer overflows.
