| This project provides congregate hot meals, homebound daily meals, educational classes, recreation services, social programs, transportation services and screening and assessment for West Miami senior citizens and senior citizens from portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. |

| The provision of daily congregate hot meals to 110 senior citizens from West Miami and portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. The provision of 180 homebound meals 365 days each year to handicapped or otherwise homebound senior citizens of West Miami and portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Screening and assessment, educational classes recreation, social programs, and transportation services for 250 senior citizens from the same area. |
