Project Description:
Youth Challenge Training (YCT) is an after school care program that helps to divert at risk youth form a path of destruction. YCT places a stong emphases on an intensive behavior modification process. We deliver high quality physical training, academic tutoring, social skills development, leadership training, life skills, career deelopement and community service. The program is designed to crate a positive environment for growth and development where youth can help themselves while helping each other.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
80% of youth will learn leadership and life skill and apply them shown by a low 10% rate of continued high risk behavior. 90% of youth will stay in school. 95% of youth will increase thier economic skills after participation. 90% of yuth shall develop an awareness taht positive behavior is awardded. Youth will be motivated to attain goals and improve efforts to complete present and future tasks/activities by identifying present outcomes. 90% of all youth enrolled in teh program shall demonstrate improvement in one area of school behavo, using school data form the quarter prior to program acceptance and at aprogram dischare and 90% of youth will improve physical wellness, endurance, cardiovascular ability and develop an understanding of healthy living.
