| Project Description: |
| Will provide diabetes education via radio and television in Creole, Spanish and English. Will organize health fairs and do screenings both at health fairs and at the Center. Referrals will be made to collaborating agencies and hospitals if status of person requires. Initiate treatment for patients diagnosed with diabetes as early as possible to prevent complications. |
