Project Description:
The funds would allow the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust to complete the restoration, preservation and development of Virginia Key Beach Park and Cultural Center. A nature center, formal event lawn and a free play park with parking parallel to the beach are included in the design. A carousel and minitrain will be recreated as were there when Virginia Key Beach Park was at its prime useage.
