Project Description:
Provision of after school activities for 100 elementary and middle school students in the area of Edison/Little River/Lemon City/Little Haiti. The after school program will increase the students' academic grade by at least one grade level while exposing them to arts and crafts, music, conflict resolution, debate, problem solving methods, martial arts, exploration field trips, youth leadership training and soccer. All activities will be age appropriate and will be conducted in a culturally and linguistically competent fashion.
