| To support local limited resource farmers to provide fresh produce to the Wellspring Farmers Nutrition Market; To provide nutritional education in family menu planning, and to encourage better eating habits of fresh vegetables and fruits; To address children obesitiy, screening for juvenile diabetes, encourage daily exercise, weight management through nutrition management demonstrations. |
