Project Description: |
Jubilee Job-Link (JJL) is a full service employment resource and placement service provided for low and very low income individuals who are underemployed and chronically unemployed. JJL provides a personal connection between job seekers who lack the resources to find and keep permanent employment, and employers who need motivated, dependable and capable workers. The JJL staff works with individuals to enhance personal abilities and develop professional skills needed for employment. There is no charge for this service to either party; the only eligibility requirements are poverty and need. JJL has a retention component that includes, but is not limited to follow-up site visits, goals activities and other special events. |
