The Center for Men provides 220 beds for programs, which include emergency services, log-term residential care, and transitional housing. On average, 160 men per day are involved in the 12 to 24 month intensive program of edeucation, counseling, life-skills development , and career/job assistance.

Project Description:
Funds are being sought to enhance services to 214 homeless men who are enrolled in residential recovery programs. Additionally, nearly 300 homeless men in the community are served an evening meal, take showers, and receive washed clothing. The Center for Men offers comprehensive services that assist residents in transition from homelessness to becoming productive members of the community. The Center for Men operates 24 hours per day, every day of the year. The Center is nearly 16 years old and is desperate need of renovations and new furnishings due to the heavy usage of people over the past 16 years.

Renovations to this facility will enhance quality, safety and working conditions for the preparation and distribution of over 500 meals each day to this center's male homeless population.
