| Project Description: |
| The program is designed to provide education to the community regardless of ability to pay or risk factors, signs and prevention and interventions for cardiovascular disease. Participants identified as at risk will undergo a screening ultrasounds for cartoid stenosis, AAA and peripheral vascular disease. Appropriate referrals will be made for further disgnostic testing and risk reduction education and counseling. |
