| Project Description: |
| Construction of an overpass over I-95 connecting the eastern and western half of the City Of Palm Coast, It also provides construction of a new road from exiting Matanzas Woods Parkway to Forest Grove Drive connecting to Old Kings Road and the proposed Old Kings Drive. This includes construction of a two lane I-95 overpass at the future location of an I-95 interchange. |

| Improved functioning of I-95 in Flagler County, Old Kings Road and Forest Grove Drive in the City Of Palm Coast. The roadway will also provide an emergency evacuation route for Flagler County Citizens and a needed east west connection. The improvements are including City Of Palm Coast's Comprehensive Plan for our future roadway network. |
