| Project Description: |
| Issue will provide Prevention Specialist in all high and middle schools in Flagler County - 3 prevention specialists to service all middle and high schools (Flagler County). |

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| It is anticipated that this project will result in the reduction of drug and alcohol abuse by 15% within the two year period measured by the annual Florida Youth Survey. In addition, the prevention workers willbe a catalyst for teacher training and student interventions to direct appropriate substnace abusing students into treatment. Also, drug abuse prevention will reduce future addiction and abuse by attacking the problem while the student population is growing (fastes growing county in the state). |
